Where do you ship from?

We ship all our products from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be declined. Your order may be returned for a full refund after it has been received.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time for your order during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.  

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Due to high demand, it may take between 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive.  

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund + 30% discount on your next order.  

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes. which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import duties, taxes and related customs fees may be levied when your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities in your country. For further information on fees, please contact your local customs office.

What happens if the item(s) I received are defective/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective items. Please provide your order number, photographs of the item(s) and any related references upon receipt of your package. We will do our very best to resolve your matter as soon as possible.  

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.  

If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take a while for the refund to appear in your account.
